Қорқыт Ата атындағы Қызылорда мемлекеттік университетінің Студенттер сарайында тарих, құқық, экономика институтының бітіруші түлектеріне арналған диплом тапсыру рәсімі болып өтті. Биылғы оқу жылында тарих, құқықтану, экономика, мемлекеттік және жергілікті басқару, қаржы, есеп және аудит мамандықтары бойынша 245 студент бітіріп, оның 45-і үздік диплом иегері атанды.

The "Innovation Fast and the Furious" Bus of the National Agency of the Techological development arrived in the Syrland by the initiative of the RK Industry and New Technologies Ministry. The participants visited the main building of the Korkyt Ata State University and got acquaintance with research projects. First they made a tour around the exhibition hall of the "Archeology and ethnography" research centre and a reading hall "Head of State".

There was a party of commemoration called"Father is a power, father is a world, father is a life" dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Oskenbay Arysbayuly Kozbekov, a senior lecturer, PhD of the Department of "Kazakh language and literature and journalistic" at the faculty of philology. There was a presentation of his monographic work "Eagle Awakened Oralkhan" devoted to the way of his students' education during his short life and a movie called "Teacher, researcher, father".

There was a scientific seminar with professor of the Department of "Chemistry" of the Kazakh State Women's Pedagogical University, PhD Bolat Dzhienbayev at the Department of "Chemistry and Ecology" of the Korkyt Ata KSU Institute of Natural and Agricultural Technology.

55 years ago, namely in 1958, hundreds of young people for the first time crossed the threshold of the then N.V.Gogol Pedagogical Institute in search of knowledge. After studying for five years and receiving a degree in higher education, they have successfully worked for half a century for the good of the country in various fields of society. Today they are in retirement.

On June 7, 2013 there was a training seminar for librarians on "New methods and requirements in the reference-bibliographic activity of the library in the scientific-technical library of the Korkyt Ata KSU being a methodical center for higher and secondary educational institutions of the Kyzylorda region.
